Updates to Fall Arrest Anchors

Man wearing PPE gear

As there have been requests for advice on the status of Australian Standards under the WHS legislation, SafeWork NSW and the Working at Heights Association have both released updates on this topic particularly in relation to Fall Arrest Anchors.

SafeWork NSW has provided a fact sheet on fall arrest anchors, which can be accessed here. It was updated in August 2019, and aims to provide clarification on any confusion around AS/NZS 5532.

Working at Heights Association has also provided a bulletin update which can be found here.

At RISsafety, we pride ourselves in meeting and even exceeding AU & NZ standards for our products, service and installation.
