We currently have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager for our certification business to join our NSW Team. Your clients will range from Facility Management Organisations to Government/Council Departments and other relevant industry sectors.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated experience of developing B2B relationships resulting in sales growth within in a service based organisations such as facilities management, plant and equipment servicing ie solar installation, air conditioning etc.
- A successful track record in building strong and sustainable client connections through a solid sales process, to optimise opportunities with existing clients and to create new opportunities and markets.
- The ability to sell the value of a service and how this service can meet the needs of customers in a measurable way.
- Effective presentation skills that will ‘WOW’ your stakeholder audience
- The ability to negotiate and influence positive outcomes for your clients and the wider RISsafety business.
- A desire and motivation to work autonomously and being accountable for your own business results while also contributing to the broader organisational goals
- The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service ethic where your actions directly improve the quality of service and fosters positive relationships both internally and externally
- To develop comprehensive knowledge of your sector through building strong networks and representing your organisation and its brand at various industry events.
